HEY Y’ALL,

I grew up in a sports family (I would even go so far as to call myself a jock), so imagine my surprise when in high school I realized being on stage is way more fun than being mediocre at volleyball. Once I made this discovery, I had a blast getting very involved in my local community theatres and set my sights on creating art for a living.

I made it to college, graduating with my BFA in Acting from Illinois Wesleyan University. I am currently based in Chicago.

I find telling stories through an unconventional perspective intriguing and valuable. Theatre gives me medium to express everything I feel inside. If I can share these words with even one person, I know this journey will have all been worth it. I'm a huge fan of Shakespeare, new plays, and movement-based work. Overall, I love work which transports us beyond our own world: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

During college, I had the privilege to study abroad at the British American Drama Academy, under the tutelage of London professionals in various aspects of theatre. I particularly loved my High Comedy, Shakespeare, Stage Combat, Movement, Voice, and Modern Physical Theatre classes. The opportunity to travel and experience the world on a larger scale was incredible for broadening my personal and artistic development. 

I am particularly passionate about exploring, cuddling dogs, my friends, and photosynthesizing.
